A bunch of us are heading to Andalucia in southern Spain for a week of our very favourite things.

We'll do our Yoga, we'll settle our systems with group TRE sessions, we'll connect playfully and profoundly with Voice and we'll sing our absolute faces off with Kirtan.

We'll also sunbathe, swim in the saltwater pool, lounge on daybeds, swing in hammocks, read in cosy nooks, cool off in caves, have glorious massages, eat incredible vegetarian food, drink wine if we wanna, sleep well in comfort and luxury, laugh much and often and generally have a fabulous time.

There will be 2-3 sessions per day, all optional but delightful, and one free half day to explore the local area.

This will be my 3rd visit to Molino Del Rey and I can't say enough good things about the place and the owners who have become friends over the years. Check out the pics in the comments.
